Having started to watch property renovation programmes on TV, presented by Phil & Kirsty and Sarah Beeny over 20 years ago I decided that my next home would be a house that needed ‘a bit of work’ having had zero experience in the property market, my family thought I was mad!

Over 2 years later and having encountered some ‘rip off’ builders who disappeared off into the sunset with my hard earned cash, leaving me with a 2 storey gaping hole in the side of the house in the middle of winter, I eventually finished my first project. From what was going to be a small job I managed to enlarge the property by 1000 square feet and create a beautiful bespoke home. I was HOOKED. Since then I have developed many properties on various scales.
Property is my true passion. There’s no better feeling than taking ‘an ugly duckling’ of a house and turning it into a ‘beautiful swan’.
